i just did my first AAS cycle:
weeks 1-11 test e @ 600mg/week
weeks 1-4 phera plex @ 30mg/day
weeks 10-13 halodrol @ 1 tab/day (50mg)

I already have IBE's combo bottle of nolva/clomid...

so i was thinking for pct i'd run this???

weeks 1-3 clomid @ 150, 100, 50
weeks 1-4 nolva @ 60, 40, 20, 20
and add activate, powerfull, and fenotest for the first month

I don't know how much the fenotest will help, i've never used it. But if you haven't bought it yet, Triple Threat might be a better choice. My only other suggestion is add some from of an anti-catabolic compound into the mix. Any one of these will work: transdermal 7-oxo, 7-oh (lean xtreme, etc), retain, or transdermal B-Androstenetriol (from custom), etc...

For me, the combination of Clomid, Triple Threat, and Retain has proven the best so far. I'll has to give Toremifene a try next go around to see how it compares. GOOD LUCK.
 
PCT looks fine to me, some 7-OH wouldn't hurt though. main thing is you'll need to drop some volume from your workouts and add some cals, ~200-300, plenty of rest, etc. BTW, how did your cycle go?

I wouldn't use Activate until at least a month into PCT. Activate is not really suited well for PCT, but may be good after PCT. Additionally, I wouldn't run the Clomid and Nolva together. There are different opinions on this, but Dr. D has noted that the stronger compound will negate the effects of the weaker compound if run together. I personally run Clomid for two weeks and then Nolva for the last two weeks in a 4 week PCT.
 
The cycle went amazingly...
it took forever for the test to kick in but maybe i was just so anxious that it just seemed it.
My lifts went way up, 50lbs + on flat bench, Db seated shoulder press is up 20lbs per db.....

weight started was 195 fairly lean
now i'm 220 and still relatively lean but no where near the bodyfat i want.

my next cycle is gonna be even more fun tho....
Test E @ 600mg for 13 weeks
EQ @ 500mg for 13 weeks
Anavar @ 80mg for 7-8 weeks
 
got blood work done at beginning and middle and both were healthy as a horse, the doc said.....

i'm gettin blood work done in 2 months to see how i am after PCT.
 
so here it is, FINAL, i just made the order....

weeks 1-3 clomid @ 150, 100, 50
weeks 1-4 nolva @ 60, 40, 20, 20
weeks 1-8 activate
weeks 1-6 ZMA
weeks 1-4 retain
weeks 1-4 Blue up "stim free"
and i'll start CEE again... just regular straight CEE.

and a bunch of support supps....

I didn't run HCG at all and i'd like to cut as quick as possible so i'm wondering if 4 weeks of this PCT will be enough to be fully recovered and ready to cut???
OPINIONS would be great, thanks guys!
