I’m very methodical and this is something I don’t want to mess up. I’ve created and purchased all these things I’d just like for some opinions and added insight. Any bit of information helps!


500mg of test 3 a week/10weeks

Ai .5 daily

Sns x gels starting week 10-14

Cel cycle assist

Pct


Alphamax xt

Clomid-50/50/25/25
Nova-40/40/20/20



Questions-

As far as AI, Clomid, and Nova do my dosages look right?

Any other vitamins I need to stock up on?

500mg test e/c weeks 1-12 (250mg inject mon, 250mg inject thurs)
.5mg arimidex eod (adjust as necessary)
2 weeks after last injection begin pct. You don’t need both serms. I’d either go clomid 50/50/25/25/25/25 or nolva 40/40/20/20/20/20.
