I've been looking around and reading on diff forums and found some info on topical fat burners and fat burners... i used to be "obese" i guess you could say.. i was 5'9" at 230lbs, now i'm 6'0 170lbs but still have a "fat" chest and still have fat around my waist and love handles.. i lift 5 days a week, run 3x a week, and take in about 3000-3500 cals a day.
i'm thinking about getting some Yohimburn ES or maybe something else if i can find something better.. help?
