i need some avice

wasup guys i have a question....i have an athletic type body(long n muscular) but i want my body to develope into a bodybuilder type(wide v taper) is there any workout or any type of nutritional tips i can follow?

incase this would help im 6'3 220lbs i eat about 4400 calories a day n workout 4x a week
 
Basic compound movements to build a foundation and muscle density. Squats, deadlifts, bench, military, weighted pull-ups, heavy rows and shrugs is a good place to start. I too often see many young lifters spending an absurd amount of time working isolation movements when they don't even have a foundation.
