i need help

im really over weight and i was wondering if there where some supplements and diets. im currently 320 lbs and im 6'2. im not worried about building muscle right now and if there is a steriod that could help it would be great if yall would let me know and ive never taken a steroid before. the main thing i want to loose is my fat chest im not comfortabke taking my shirt off infront of anybody. please help me out here!!!!
 
Dude steroids arent magic hit the gym up for a trainer and a dietitian that doesnt seem like he or she is full of BS learn how to help your self and you will be a lot happier with what you accomplish
 
I have done all that it just have no drive to keep it up and steroids do help I have looked stuff up I'm just trying to see if anyone else has seen something that I havent

If you cant keep your self in the gym save your self the health issues and dont take gear. You will just be out of shape and possible exacerbate current issues like high blood pressure, liver issues etc trust me good food and exercise is what you need. If you want instand gratification go the lap bad / cosmetic surgery rout it is going to be safer for you
 
If you dont have the motivation to do anything to help yourself in a correct manner you are asking the wrong group of people. No supplement or steroid is going to help you loose weight without you eating healthy and working out. Hell I did a nutrition plan for my step dad and he has lost 70lbs in 6 months. 306lbs at 5'9". You just have to want it bad enough to do something about it.

Start with diet, Caffeine pre gym 200mg, green tea or water only drinks allowed. Im guessing you are 100lbs away from safely using a hormone.
 
No one can help you but yourself. Taking some pill, or worse, won't do the work for you. If you want it: achieve it. The only thing between you and your goal is your motivation and lack of commitment.
 
OK. Give yourself a plan. Go to myfitnesspal(dot) com and open a free account. Put in your statistics and it will help you plan your meals and macronutrients. I think it is rather high in carbs, so I would try to stay at the target calory level, but shift food away from carbs, and towards healthy fats and protien.

Cut out ALL highly refined carbs. Carbs sources should be fiberous veggies.

Eliminate soft drinks. Beer, too.

If you weight 320, you should be drinking 160 ounces of water per day (weight/2 = target water requiremnets)

That will at least get you headed in the right direction.

Steroids or PH? I think not.

You're not ready mentally or physically to make that jump. You need to start with a basic training plan and improved diet. If you're not doing either, then even small steps are going to yield great results.
 
If you need an energy boost take a preworkout or a fat burner you're nowhere near ready for steroids or prohormones they're not magic nor are they going to make you want to train and eat right the real motivation has to come from you
 
Lots of good advice in here. You need to make yourself go to the gym on a consistent basis and really work hard on your diet. These things will yield better results for you right now then just trying to find a supplement or steroid to use.
