I need help with oatmeal

To those who use cinnamonbun protein, I'm guessing it's from ATW?

Which protein do you guys choose?
 
Which one do you get though? I understand only some protein blends have the cinnamomBun flavor?
 
1. Put oats in blender and powderize
2. Add water, stir with blender, let sit a few minutes
3. Add protein powders, fruit, whatever else and blend. Personally I like strawberry and vanilla powders mixed with a ripe banana or two thrown in
4. Drink!
 
1/2 cup oatmeal
1 can chunk albacore chunk ( or regular, whatever)
1 egg white
garlic powder
chopped onions
chopped bell peppers
chopped scallions
some low sodium soy sauce

squish it all together.. make a patty. cook it like a burger.

sounds weird but it is delicious

That actually sounds pretty good. A big, flat Tuna meatball.
 
I use rolled oats in my shake - grind them up first to a powder then add everything else (using Magic Bullet).

For steel cut, cooked here is what I make for us:

4 cups water
1 1/4 cups steel cut oats
1 cup chopped walnuts
1/2 cup chopped dates
3 tbsp coconut oil
2 tbsp honey or some maple syrup
dash of salt

Bring water and salt to boil.
Add oats.
Cook for 16 minutes. In the final 3 minutes, add the walnuts, dates, coconut oil and honey.
Let it sit a few minutes.
Add milk to desired consistancy.

I then put into a few bowls for later. So far everyone who has tried it has enjoyed it. I have added whey when eating also. Sometimes a little jam is good too.
