Holy dog dookie! I really screwed this one up.hahaha

I had a list made and did not copy and paste it. So yea, Anyone above my post can take part in the focus group if they are serious in helping.

secret number has been sent so Just PM that to ADMIN and get access. We are starting Next monday.

Please keep everything(dieting, supplementation, rest, workout) as constant as possible. DO NOT CHANGE ANYTHING.
