Hot sauce

Forget bland condiments. If you want to burn fat, spice things up. In a study of 36 men and women, Australian researchers found that following a spicy meal, levels of insulin — the hormone that triggers body fat storage — were lowered by as much as 32 percent. One theory: Capsaicin, the chemical that gives chiles their fire, may improve the body's ability to clear insulin from the bloodstream after you eat, so you're more likely to burn fat following a meal spiked with chile peppers than after one that isn't packing heat.

time for a capsaicin supplement

Hot sauce is great.... It also helps increase your body temp for thermogenic effects.

Only problem is, it is really high in sodium

turns out it's beneficial to live in new mexico where they have good chile actually. no offense everywhere else, it just seems like you guys are getting screwed. maybe that's what keeps me lean haha. just that everybody puts chile on everything.

Try pleasure and pain hot sauce from these guys:

The beauty of it is it adds heat to whatever your cooking but doesnt affect the flavor. This sauce plus some pure maple syrup is what makes my chili award winning!

man i feel you. i go to taco bell and steal like hundreds of packets of either fire or volcano sauce and put it on my tuna or basically anything.

eating raw cans of tuna with hot sauce+ jalepenos= win
