I lost nearly all my SD gains using Nolva as PCT!!!

this may be another very "individual" issue. i had taken the week off after every cycle previously as was suggested to me, & lost most gains everytime. this last time, i kept training(though a little lower volume) & eating heavy. loads kept increasing(though at a slowing pace) & i have lost nearly nothing this time. i train in the post weeks from now on.
 
I agree with ^^^^ - Gotta keep training that week right after your cycle, but at a milder intensity, I normally increase my tut time, reps, and sets and drop the weights way down. Gives me kinda a shock but doesn't really put any heavy stress on my body. Has been working well, and I don't really lose my gains anymore.
