as some of u may know i have been back n the gym a tad over 6wks, after a 4year layoff. this was due to my job driving a tractor trailer. well i quit that in oct cause i start nursing school in jan. anyway i can resume my powerbuilding, and 2 nite i reached a personal best. 2 day i did 500lbs on deadlift for 5 good reps. i ain't bragging cause strenght is rerlative. i am just excited cause i don't start my t-1 pro cycle til next week.i am flirting w/ 220lbs bodyweight,i don't know how long 2 expect to reach this goal, but i would like to reach 250lbs of good body weight. i have been eating everything that's not nailed down, as long as it's dead & cooked 8^). the folks on this website, and the awesome pool of knowledge have somewhat refueled my fire. i just had 2 share.
