I have a III Grade Varicocele. In 1 year my left testicle lost 70% of its size. What to do?

Also as my ball was getting smaller and smaller, my hips got wider much wider than their used to be. In a addition I lost 1 inch of height I'm only 20 btw, so IM still developing anatomically.

Are my body changes related to my shrinking testicle ?

If I get a surgery, is there a chance that my testicle will gain is size back ?

Weird. I had my surgery cuz my left tester was huge. Like half avacado then shrank a bit. Then cane
Back even bigger. Pretty huge right now. Especially after leg days

Correct. Got/still is huge. Very sensitive at times. Other times it's fine. Pain comes and goes. But it def got worse after surgery especially the incision area because of built up scar tissue and a loss of some mobility in my left hip
