See a chiro who lifts and or treats lifters in your area. Get adjusted and get them to tell you what exercises they want you to do to rehab and make it stronger than it has ever been. Go to the local powerlifting gym and get a referral for a chiro if you do not have one. This happens all the time in lifting. It might seem like a big deal, but its not. You will be fine. Just don't do what an MD recommends lol....you don't need cortizone shots or all the other crap that does not work that will tell you to do. Trust lifters who have gone through this like me.
