I-GH-1 Dosage Question

I recently purchased 3 bottles of IGH1 off of the NutraPlanet sale. I've taken products like this before and they have either split the dosage between the morning and evening.

A couple questions:

-What is the optimal dosage for a 200lb male?
-Should I take all the pills at night or before working out?

I would say it's best to spread it out morning/pre workout and up the doasage if need be based on your tollerance and weight. Check out this link as well as others have posted similar answers and questions on this.
