I Force Lights Out

Finals have been killing me so sorry again for the late posts
I have a little over a week left of lights out so ill be putting the final review up soon
New PR in the snatch at 165!
New PR in Box squat at 455!
Ive been focusing a lot on met-cons the last 2 days. Ill put more up soon

It def did haha. They went well even tho I didnt sleep too much, Lights Out still gave me a good nights sleep even though it was only 6 hours a night. Quality of sleep was the key

ive deff. noticed this.......some days, i may only get like 6 hours of sleep, but i wake up feeling like i got 8-9. i'll take a real deep 6 hours over a tossing and turning 8 hours any day :p

Oh completley! There are also studies that prove that its not about the hours of sleep, its about consistant sleep. So going a week straight of 6 hours is better than going 5 one night and 10 the next

yup.....this is pretty much what i was thinking.

depending on how long 1 sleep cycle lasts for someone.....say someone's cycle takes 3 hours, get 2 full cycles in for 6 hours. or, you can get 2 full cycles, and then get woken up part way through your third at 8 hours........end up feeling a little worse than that 6 hours because you were woken up mid cycle
