Hallo hallo AM,

So it has come to my attention that I am one small mutha****a and need to gain some nice lean mass :) So I thought to myself, other than a strict, nice surplus, clean diet, what else is there

I ordered me some OG Anabeta, EP1C (I love OL btw, their Furaza was very nice), and Glycophase.

So let me lay this out, im going to dose EP1C 2 caps pre workout. glycophase with my biggest carb meals ( usually 2nd post workout meal and morning), Anabeta will be dosed with my two highest carb meals along with the glycohase and it will be dosed preworkout (1 cap) with the follidrone.

Current Stats:

202 lbs
5 foot 8in

13-14% BF

Goals:

Increase Strength (current 1RM DL = 500, Bench = 265, Squat = 365)
Decrease BF by 2%
Add mass

(for the negative people saying adding mass and losing fat isnt possible, I have a few words for you... stop eating like an effing bird and do your cardio)

My diet is a carb cycling type of diet, I feel its important to cycle your carbs around and it does a good job of keeping fat at bay for the most part.

Low days
133g fat
225g carbs
300g protein
=3290 kcals

Mod days
133g fats
300g carbs
300g protein
=3600 kcals

High days
133g fat
375g carbs
300g protein
=3900 kcals

My maintenance calories = 3276.

I would assign these days but I am just going to do low,mod,high, instead of assigning each carb day to a certain bodypart. That way, each body part reaps some of the high carb benefits.
Training:

I train with all my compound lifts having 5/3/1 percentages (squat, DL, bench, OHP) then I work with whatever the mainlift was for that day.

So Bench = chest/tri
DL = back (some traps and biceps)
OHP= shoulders/biceps
Squat= legs

I train 4 days a week, but sometimes I go 5 or 6, I may switch back to my push/pull/legs split training 6 days a week with everything hit twice but for now ill stay here since Im seeing great strength gains.

Cardio is done fasted in the AM just to get it out of the way, 3-5 times a week. I feel like it wakes me up before class and that is a huge bonus.

I covered diet, training, and supplementation, the only thing left is to give some background here.

I've always been chasing that physique, the one Ill be happy with, until I found out it doesn't exist. Last summer I cut from 185 to a very very lean 169. I thought "Helll ya I have abs now, im a ****kkkkkn boss, i dont even need to lift anymore im already shredded". That lasted for about 1 day then I looked at myself and said, "God damn I am ****ing tiny.... well abs were fun, lets get huge". So i went on this huge venture to bulk up to 200. Ended up at 195, then cut to 185 this summer. Once again I was looking lean but god damn it I was not big enough. So I set out and broke 205lbs and here I am right now. I am the leanest 205 ( ive been 190 before but I was quite fat :() that I could have ever imagined, not shredded but lean for me. So last week I was like, " Man timeto cut right?" then my buddy and I talked and I had a revelation. Then I decided screw it, I am going to get to 225 and I am going to do it without gaining a bunch of trash fat/garbage weight. I came up with this plan and had it written down for a little bit but tonight I finally put it back into action.

It is time to forge my physique the way I see fit. No one else should judge how other people look and you shouldn't compare yourself to other guys either.

Fxck it people.... It is time to work.
 
Still waiting on my shipment. Smacked back yesterday with my buddy. I usually don't like working out with a partner but this dude knows intensity just as well as I do.

Started with pullovers and ended with forces reps/negatives x4

Cardio for 40 minutes , walking treadmill incline.

I usually don't do that much when I'm bulking, but my friend is competing in October so I figure I'd stay and hit cardio with him.

Time to start the day, later fellas. Hopefully my stuff comes within the week!

So today I woke up early, I thought I was going to feel like sh1t because yesterday I had a huge stomach ache and headache which prevented me from even getting out of bed. Luckily, I have no classes on thursday. I am assuming it was just a small bug since the seasons are changing here. Took 2 anabeta with my PWO meal (Ep1c hasnt come yet, monday it shall be here). I decided to hit chest/arms today (bro-it-up). This was odd for me because usually I train a lower volume and more powerlifting type stuff. For example all the main lifts are 1-5 reps, nothing more. Here was my lift today, I had a good time, didn't count reps just went until I couldn't go anymore. The pump was insane and it felt nice doing something off the books for once.

DB Curlsx3 (very slow and focused contractions, used light weight and made it burn)

Preacher curls SS hammer curlsx3 (once again slow contractions, light weight, burn babbby)
Tricep pushdowns SS Ez bar curls x2

That was it for the day, then 15mins of stairstepper for cardio. I really dig the super sets and I like the slow controlled movements for arms, even though I used lighter weight. I find when I do this along with supersetting the same bodypart, it makes them pop. So ill stick to that for arms.

Other than that im hungry as a mofo and the food is a cookin'!

See you guys tomorrow. I suppose I may Switch up my split to a more BB type split and take a break from powerlifting splits for a little bit. We shall see!

Didn't train yesterday, been battling with this stomach bug for a few days but felt awesome this morning. Ending up getting in late last night, had a hot date with some sexy girl from VT ;), still felt energized waking up at 7. Killed back!

I'm taking a break, for the next few days, from my usual 5/3/1 bodybuilding split and I have been just doing whatever I want. Working quite well.

Anabeta is making me hungry as hell, I'm eating everything in sight also ep1c will be here tomorrow ;)

Ugh been feeling bloated and holding so much water lately. Still getting over this stomach bug thing I had. Ep1c came today, popping two and hitting the gym for shoulders.
 
WHAT THE HELL IS IN THIS STUFF.

I go hit shoulders then it turned into a DL session then a bit of arms after. I did NOT want to stop, i kept going at high intensity for 2 ****ing hours and pulled 460 lbs DL like it was nothing. My shoudlers had some intense pump that I couldnt hold my waterbotle up for more than 15 seconds without a burning sensation occuring. When I did arms the pump hurt so bad I had to stop. Holy sh1t I am blown away by this product... Ep1c is EPIC.

My rear delts after my DB rear fly/face pull SS , they blew up. I normally do that SS and have never gotten this painful pump before. The endurance was just magical. I sh1t you not i couldve went for 3 hours and still wanted to keep going.

Also I noticed a mood enhancement, is that one of the sides from (-) epi? I feel good and I feel really focused. I still ahve energy left after that lift and feel like I could go again or simply study all night. I have some insane laser focus and I am wide awake. This has to be one of the best products I have ever used. Olympus Labs you guys rock!

MORE TO COME. I am done with this off week and most likley hopping on 5/3/1 again or reactive pump. We shall see! Ill cook up a program tonight and stick with it.

EDIT_ water bloat seems to be gone to, wtf. I am not sure what happened but I feel like I just ingested EPITren lol.
 
93% ground beef, 1 cup of rice. Salad and some CONDOMents.... Get it..? No, alright.

One thing I've noticed is my hunger is insane. Dosing anabets 1//1/1/1. I feel like it is a lot better dosing this way versus 2 pre/ 2 post. I'm having no trouble eating almost 4,000 calories now. So I'm going to be dosing my AB this way from now on.
