EDIT - THIS WAS INTENDED AS A JOKE!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Okay - I am perusing the threads and see one titled 'excellent service' and a handful of people read it......THEN, there is one titled 'poor service' and hundreds of you flock to it!!!!!!!

I just want you to know that I am still trying hard and I appreciate the support.

I HAVE SOME GOOD SERVICE NEWS!!!!

I can now access our UPS ship information from home and no more waiting until Monday to get information about tracking. I can access it anytime. Just email me at [email protected]

Thanks.

This is of no surprise, Laura. People love drama and sometimes many of us are more interested in who screws up once rather than who’s providing excellent service on numerous accounts. This doesn't just go with ATW but any company and any product. Controversy is what the public receives more entertainment from.

Also, the forum along with that member was probably not aware that you were not responsible for his order and while that doesn't change much as far as the order is concerned, it definitely would have lightened up the situation some.

All in all people should know that you are going to make this situation right (if you haven't already).

I have full confidence in the ATW team. And I know that ATW will continue to provide great service.

IM 100% behind you Laura! When I made my order awhile back it took some time, but you more than compensated me on my next purchase. I'll admit I do go into the threads to see what these people say about you, but I do so in order to back you up. Most of the time though, there's already half a dozen people already backing you up. Dont worry, there's more than enough people here on this board that will verify what a great company you have!

I know - AND I WAS REALLY KIDDING!!!!! I am secretly trying to see how many will read this!!!!!

But the UPS tracking is a big help to have.

Rage, did I at any point say Laura was responsible? NO. ATW is. And just to show that, it's Laura herself who is trying to sort it out. ATW and it's owner on the other hand are a totally different story, they've done NOTHING to sort amend it. Laura has my confidence, ATW don't. So what would happen if Laura ever left? God only knows mate, but it wouldn't be pretty.

Laura, you are serious and effective. However, on ATW web home, sometimes not are so GOOD like you, I don´t understand why, but they ´ve failed me some times :-(

I know - I have outlasted several in house customer service people already!!!! For me, it is easier, as I get to work from home most days......And, I hate to use this cliche - but it really is hard to find good help!!!

Things have gotten a lot better and we finally hired a VP who is an actual Body Builder and this is making a big difference....He is already starting to get ready to go to some shows and we are sponsoring a few guys - It will improve and improve - I PROMISE!!!!!!

And you guys know that I am ALWAYS around.

Now, I got to go make my kid some popcorn!

I apologize Salv. And you know what, I wouldn't discredit your comments. For me and most members here (if not all), Laura is the one who is solely responsible for making it a pleasant experience.

Fortunately, all of us have no excuse to not go through Laura for our orders.

To be honest, I was dissapointed to hear this happened to you, Salv and I hope by now things are worked out and you are happy with your purchase.

That's alright Rage, and appreciate that I you see I had a legitimate problem and not one of 'those' that someone here referred to who just wants to whine. Ff that were the case, I don't think I would have got the support of Bobo and other sponsors. However, no I'm not happy with my purchase. Again, it's only Laura who is trying to sort it out and make it up to me, not anyone else at ATW. I'm still dumbfounded.

You are sponsoring some guys?

Cool!

Can you sponsor me? Please? ... must have free protein ...

I'm doing the NYC NPC Metropolitan Bodybuilding Championships on April 15th. I have a contest prep thread posted in the Contest section if you want to track my progress.

If you take a look at my current diet, ATW is prominent. 4 of my 7 daily meals contain it. Don't know what I'd do without it to be honest. When I have to carb deplete I'll definitely miss it. I'm thinking of getting a jug of Calcium Caseinate though. It has no carbs and the sodium content is virtually nil. It's probably the only protein powder on the market that's acceptable for use during pre-contest depletion.

Anyway, it's just a thought. I know I'm going to eventually make it to the pros. I have the genetics, and I have the drive. My diet is currently solid, my training technique keeps getting better, and my post-contest nutrition plan is also solid. I'm just hoping when I do eventually get sponsors that they'll be ones whose products I like and use.

Btw, if you want some before and after pictures, I have some doozies. I have some pre-Thanksgiving pics of me weighing 225 that are pretty scary (I would estimate those are from early November). The day after Thanksgiving I was 217. I'm 174 as of yesterday. So far I've lost 50 pounds in 4 months. I've only lost fat and water, and I've definitely gained some muscle. Wouldn't be possible without my protein intake being through the roof (currently well over 300 grams per day).
