So heres the thing, I'm muscular, have good cardio, however I have no ab definition, and my pecs aren't really where I want them to be. My diet is somewhat clean. I don't eat a lot of junk food, am on a low carb diet but the belly stays and my pecs don't have the look I want (kind of man boobish).
Any help for weight loss would be appreciated!

try tabata. they have apps for it for phones. Its 20 seconds on 10 seconds off for 4 mins or 8 rounds. U get the faterburn effect to which u sweat and burn cals for a few hours after

If you want ab definition, "somewhat clean"
Isn't good enough.
I would have to know more about your diet, however that is where I would recommend starting.

My diet for the past month has been Paleo. I hardly eat carbs, unless its in a protein shake or what have you. I try to stay away from breads and grains mostly, because when I do eat them on a regular basis I'll put on 5-10 pounds in a week or two and then my weight will level off.

I try to eat more meals and smaller portions throughout the day, but it doesn't always fit in with my schedule. I increase the cardio, but I dont seem to lose anything, and its become pretty frustrating to be putting in the hours and not seeing results.

If you want to see your abs, diet is 90% of the battle, you can do cardio till your blue in the face and your abs will still be hidden. Were are your macros at, how many cals, when are you eating what and what are you eating, it's all about the diet. Seeing your abs doesn't come easily or quickly! Sounds like you have a start, now track everything with something like myfitnesspal or fitday and see where your macros are at and if your taking in to many calories to lose anything.

Yeah I have. I haven't tried it but I have given it some thought. Do you reccomend it?

It works really well for a lot of people, and it might be a better fit for you schedule than the typical multiple small meals you have been doing, it worth a try.
Good luck.

Thanks for the advice, I'll be posting another thread to log the results. Hopefully I'll start slimming down by the 4th!

Total calorie intake (vs cals out) comes first, then you can tweak macros and meals timing,
which have lil impact anyway on body composition unless you are already very lean,
at which point the differences could be not so subtle. Toss in a fat burner like AAv2,
be strict with your diet and with lil time results will come

What he said. He knows his shyt. AVI tells all too.
Only thing I don't agree with AK is you getting light headed on them deads and squats like we spoke about before.

maybe after 3-4 months of good dieting you will loose most stomach fat and ur manboobs will shrink and look more defined.
