I could use some bulking advice!

I started a calorie surplus starting after a year cut, i got down to 153-155 from 185 in about 7 months. I started bulking late december/early january and bumped my calories from 2000 to 2700 /3000. It is march 5th and i now weigh 165. I was recently thinking of trying an experiment of sorts to get rid of the abdominal fat left over and or gained in the past couple months. I was going to take cell mass and leviathan at maintenance calories to try to maintain build muscle, while allowing the leviathan to promote lipolysis, it also claims to boost testosterone, so building muscle seemed even more possible to me. The question is i guess, is should i just keep bulking for another 30-60 days then cut or give my idea a shot? any advice would be appreciated! over the past 2 months by the way my strength has increased dramatically, +30 or more on my bench or squats.

supplements:
drop the cell mass replace with creatine mono. bulk, or any other variation u prefer
keep the levitian if u want(as far as lipolysis? i think u can influence that through your diet more than anything)
i would add a megadose of fishoil twice daily (any liquid form will do, carlson's fish oil is good)
and megadose BCAA's throughout the day, pre/post, and before u go to sleep

personally ive always found incrementing your calorie intake by 250 to 500 calories intially during a bulk maximizes lean muscle mass, and decreases any chance of intial fat gain. Slowly but surely based on pics, measurments, and the scale slowly increase your calorie intake by an additional 250 to 500 calories every 1.5 to 2 weeks. If you find your not gaining enough weight fast enough, stick with the latter, if you find that your gaining too quick stick with the former.

Too really maximize lean muscle mass during a clean bulk, you should keep your carbs and fats seperated during your meals. This will increase lipolysis
for example: breakfast = carbs + protein, next meal could be fats+protein, etc.

a piece of fruit during a fat+protein meal is fine, but don't over do the carbs during those meals

same goes with fats during carb+protein meal, just dont over do it(olive oil or fish oil are good choices during these meals, or natty peanut butter)

thank i appreciate the reply, so your pretty much suggesting to keep bulking? I'm never sure when I should switch over to a defecit, over the past 2 months i have only gained 10 lbs, and im not sure how much of that is actually muscle. Like i mentioned my strength has increased dramtically and i appear fuller in the mirror, im not so concerned about weight...at all really, just my muscle to fat ratios. when i started i was at 10% roughly, from 7 point calibers, id say im about 13-15 now, from guessing, i will get a test again though. I've been using creatine mono the past 2 months and am really unsure as to if it worked or not, which is why i decided to try cell mass, to see if that may be the problem. I will add fish oil tabs, and to be honest i dont know what BCAA's are. Any thing else?

*branch chain amino acids

10 lbs. in two months? my friend that is quite the accomplishment! although, it's unsure of how much of that is lean muscle mass, but those are still modest numbers! u did mention creatine monohydrate, its common people put on about 3-4 pounds of water weight while on creatine mono.

continue to use creatine monohydrate, up the dosage if u have to to about 10 grams a day, even on recovery days.
beta alanine is a great supplement to stack with creatine mono.
i would buy nutra planet's beta alanine in bulk powder it comes out pretty cheap. Dose beta at about 3-6 grams a day, split into 2-3 servings a day. beta and creatine make a stellar stack!
To be honest with u cell mass is garbage, there were actually headlines out a couple months ago about bsn, and how there was no creatine malate to be found in cell mass! Stay away from mainstream companies. Stick with reputable companies based on customer logs/reviews, etc. most of the companies found here on anabolic minds are legit

Thanks i didn't realize that was abbreviated for amino acids. I will take all that into consideration, ill look into oil tabs and alanine. thanks again.

I don't know if this is something you considered any PH, but I have had great success with this combination:

Epidrol - 30-40mg daily (for 4 weeks and then Post Cycle support after that)
Excell - 20-30 grams daily
Poseidon - 6 scoops per day (start out with 2-3 for first couple of days)
Swell - 1 or 2 servings per day
Fish Oils (high quality) 1500mg 3-4 times daily

In the morning I drink a protein shake first thing with some waxie maze. Later in the morning I get 4 eggs, 2 egg whites and 3 pieces of ham. Then throughout the day I drink 3-4 protein shakes, some with peanut butter and some with waxy maze.
Sometimes I get to throw in a grilled chicken salad or something like that but it's hard with my schedule.

This has gotten me to at about 225 and 13% bodyfat.

I completely agree with cranghel099 about the combinations and timing. It's so important and can be the difference between good results and great results.

Hey guys I have a question? Im currently on a bulking cycle taking a few new (supps) out on the market. They should be causing my appatitte to go up, but most of the day I feel full... Should i eat even when im not hungry?

i would drop those supplements they sound bogus to me. Calulate the amount of calories u need to GROW, then divide these calories up between 6-8 meals. If your having trouble consuming all these meals, bust out the blender and start blendin'. Liquid calories are really useful during a bulk becuase there much easier to down. You could easily go with 2 to 3 meals of just liquid calories.

Combine a protein blend (caisen, whey, egg, etc.) powder with your other macros (carbs and fats).

you could do:
protein powder w/banana, oats, and some natty peanutbutter

protein powder w/ REAL YOUGURT and some blue berries

All of your advice is spot on. The protein/banana/oats/PB shake is one of my favorites. It's a true MRP, more effective, and cheaper than using "weight gainers".

Hey man, you could try some beta-alanine, IT helped similar to creatine, but I feel that I didn't gain much water weight, so thats a thought!
