Hey everyone, quick question. Which product should i purchase so i can cap nutraplanet supplements..

Is the "complete capping kit "00" " good enough to start??

Also what does the "00" mean...??
 
00 is the capsule size... that is the best size to start with. You can get a good dose of most supps in one or two. Complete capping kit is a great choice to start with.
 
I don't know how much they hold.. but its quite a bit. I don't use them, as the capsule price makes it un-economical to me. I do have a "0" size though for those supps that it doesn't take much of.

Yep, I use the 00's and this is usually what I get. It obviously depends on the powder and sometimes I have to tamp the crap out of it to get in that range. I just capped some 1-Carboxy powder and got ~750mg per cap with no tamping.
