I’ve just bought Olympus labs radar1ne

So I’ve just bought the Olympus labs radar1ne and the container says don’t take more than 2 capsules a day which is only 8mg but I thought I’m meant to be taking 20mg a day so am I doing something wrong or should I stay at 8mg a day while on Olympus labs radar1ne

In around 2018, Olympus labs and Olympus uk separated into independent companies, the former's products are still very good, the latter is a complete scam. I used to take 5 capsules of Olympus uk's lgd4033 every day for two weeks and it didn't work at all.
