So I’ve just bought the Demigod uk radar1ne and the container says don’t take more than 2 capsules a day which is only 8mg but I thought I’m meant to be taking 20mg a day so am I doing something wrong or should I stay at 8mg a day while on demigod uk radar1ne

All supplements have recommended doses. Its for liability not for making you build muscle.

Rad140 @15-30mg is good
