Wow, life happens!
I haven’t posted in nearly six years. In the meantime I’ve become a father, retired from one job, started a successful small business, and then resumed my old career.
Unfortunately I was reminded of the camaraderie of the AM community when a member contacted me recently to inform me that Puccah had passed away.
I realized how much I had missed y’all and how much I need to get my act together again, so here I am.
While I have all of my old supplement knowledge and haven’t strayed far from the basics, consider me like a college kid who just walked into GNC for the first time. You know the type of person I’m talking about! I don’t know anything about what’s on the market these days, the good/bad companies, etc.
So what’s the best preworkouts and prohormones right now? Do any companies offer large assortments of samples like they used to? Doesn’t have to be free, I’d pay to try things from a reputable place. I’m just not sure what to buy for the long run.
