The only accounts of Jesus' miracles come from his followers. You can argue that everyone who saw the miracles became a follower, but that's still circular logic, and the only way we would believe the Bible is with the starting point of having faith in the Bible.

Bro , if you read my original post I wasn’t pushing anything. I told him to pray. How is that going to make anything worse. I also gave good advice about idk, letting these thoughts pass and ignoring them? Taking walks as therapy? No worries. It's the internet, so we never know what's even true and what's not with people posting. As long as OP follows the advice of their medical professionals, assuming anything they're even saying is true, then what we say won't matter much TBH. But either way, if their story is true, then aliens and/or demons are the least of their concerns now, and not something they should waste time focusing on, or even thinking about, IMO. My bad for helping to derail the thread too.

I think he needs professional help, which he is getting. To underdstand mental health diagnosis and issues is to understand that these things need to be approached from a therapeutic perspective. Op is struggling with what he believes is very real to him. Convincing him it isn't true isnt as easy as changing your thoughts. It involves professional guidance with a good treatment plan.

Religion.... Whether it be secular, or a religion focusing on a more (what we consider) classical type of God ... Along with Politics, have their place, but it is not the Anabolics section.
