Hypertrophy program

Anyone would like to share your favourite program?
I’m looking for a bodybuilding or powerbuilding program to maximise muscle gains, currently weighing 84kg 176cm 17% BF 3 years training experience. Bench 125kg paused rep, low bar squat 165kg, stopped deadlifting due to lower back injuries previous max sumo 160kg. I guess these will classify me as an intermediate trainee?
Is john meadows creeping deaths 2 good? Is it for enhanced athlete or natty? Do steroid users generally train differently on cycle vs off cycle? What are the best programs for enhanced athlete?

I like Layne Norton's PHAT, I add a little more volume on it when on cycle and on off days do some HIIT... seems to be working well
 
Upper lower split. You can incorporate both hypertrophy and strength building. Example: Day 1- upper hypertrophy, Day 2- lower hypertrophy, Day 3- rest, Day 4- upper strength, and Day 5- lower strength. Day 6&7 rest and repeat.

To address your other question, I use this routine enhanced or not. Except, I do hypertrophy training on all days and use progressive overload to get stronger. Typically you can get away with higher volume when enhanced, but personally I train the same either way.

Side note, I'm on TRT so I have an advantage over a natural when not blasting.
