Hypertrophy app?

Hello
Im looking for a good app for my training.
Now im keeping record on notes on my phone.
Been looking at the RP strength hypertrophy app.
Looks interesting.
Anyone got any tips for app to simplify keeping records for every workout im doing.
I want to keep record of every rep, set and weight so I can progressive overload over time.

I have been using the Strong App for the last 2.5 years
Simple and intuitive to use. You can create/add custom excercises if they are not listed.You can save your workouts as templates or input custom every time. it will also show you what your weight x reps were on a specific excercise from your previous session.
At the end it will tell you the total volume of weight lifted in a session and Any PRs that you may have hit ( volume, Reps, 1rm, weight)

I use the free version of the app and it is plenty for my tracking purposes

I am using the RP Hypertrophy App and have ZERO complaints. Have been using since December. I tend to overthink and over analyze, this takes the guess work out of the equation. I couldn’t be happier w the app
You can build your own routine or use a premade template or tweak a premade template to your liking.
