did any of your doctors initially test prolactin levels when you presented with low testosterone. i read that high prolactin levels decrease GnHR secretion and are a marker for pituitary tumors. some treatments were Cabergoline (Dostinex), Bromocriptine (Parlodel) which is a dopamine agonist.
 
Doctors might test prolactin if you ask them. I had somewhat high prolactin and got an MRI to check for tumor, not the case. Can be caused by stress, sex, and other things.
 
My Prolactin tests have been all over the place. It's important to retest to confirm. I read an article that 1/2 of men who test high, test normal when retested!
