8 caps to hydro 3 have : 600 mg to potassium nitrate (total 360mg nitrates) + 2 grams to glycerol (hydroMax)
4 caps to potassium nitrate iforce = 600 mg to potassium nirate (360 mg nitrates)

your esperience??!
i'd like hydro 3 at high dosage for to have a good dosage to nitrates and glycerol,somebody say at 2-4 caps have a insane unreal pump (but is low dosage to nitrates!! ) and at 6-8 caps ?? !

Having used both I'd recommend Hydro 3 for increased muscle pumps, the HydroMax really helps to pull extra fluid and nutrients into the muscle. I like how Hydro 3 maintained the pump for a good few hours post workout too.
