Just finished a whole tub of High Volume. Ingredient list looks great but I personally got better pumps and endurance from Hemavol. Did a full two scoops of high volume each workout too.
The nice thing about H Vol is that all the amounts of ingredients are disclosed, but it also means that they show how small the dose of Citrulline Malate is compared to the full dose of Citrulline in High Volume and the lower dose of agmatine. I don't think that the inclusion of Nitrosigine would make up for the smaller amounts and to top it off High Volume has Nitrates which are beneficial for endurance purposes.
