Hurt wrist what should I do

So I hurt my wrist while coming off a ph cycle maxing out.it's been two months since I lifted heavy and I started just doing pushups and burpees because it hurts so much after I lift even light weight.I started benching close grip because wide grip just hurts.I went to hospital they didn't find nothing what should I do if it was nothing it wouldn't be hurting can anybody help
 
If you don't have wrist wraps, get some. And not from Wal-Mart either. Get 24 or 36 inch wraps that are of good quality. Make sure your wrists are neutral or "stacked" when you lift as well. These things will help. Voodoo floss is another great thing to pick up and use for your wrists as well.
 
Yea I was using wrist wraps but it hurts more after because I don't feel much during lifting due to compression. It always gets swollen after benching and doing triceps do you. Think it could be something more than a sprained wrist it's been a while already and some friends tell me hospitals could have missed it should I see a hand specialist
 
Yeah that sounds bad. See another doctor.
