Hunger Help

Hey guys.

So Im currently attempting to recomp, or atleast gain mass with minimal fat. Im eating 3810 a day (pretty much dead on to my calculations, and it works) but Im STARVING at the end of the day. I eat when my schedule allows, but I feel like 3800 calories should be more filling. Average breakfast is
2 whole eggs
6 egg whites
1 cup oatmeal
1 scoop select protein
1 high fiber bagel with lowfat cream cheese

And this literally does nothing for my appetite. I take alphamine in the morning first thing upon waking and eat that meal 30 minutes later and am always still hungry. I can stick to my cals, but I am actually really hungry at the end of the day and I don't feel satiated at the end of the day. Currently taking in around 5 cups of veggies per day. Macros are
325 protein
380 carbs
105 fat

I hit this +-10 grams each macro and I'm still hungry at the end of the day. Any recipes that are extremely filling that I could make and take with me to work/classes? Really would prefer to just manipulate foods instead of add supps at this point. Any recipes/food choices are appreciated. Thanks guys!

Eat foods with a higher satiety index if you can't get full. Potatoes are going to be one of the most filling. bdcc did an article a while back (I believe it was for cutting) but the concept still applies. The most filling foods/higher satiety index will help you out.

This doesn't answer your question and may sound really stupid, but are you drinking enough water as well? I only ask because sometimes when I feel hungry between meals, it's actually just thirst.

Volume foods brother.
Keep those cals/macros if they work but bulk up the volume with more veggies/fibre

Water is currently at 1-1.5gal a day. A lot of that is based around training, but I keep a 32oz bottle with me around campus all day and fill it up atleast twice throughout the day, so a half gallon just in casual sipping in class. Plus intra Im about 32-48 oz, preworkout I always use a full shaker (22oz ish) and post a full shaker again. And my fiber is right around 60-70g a day (I know thats high for some, but its as high as I can go without GI distress)
