I like it!! I use it!! Got rid of the whey!!! Whey does nothing but give me gas. Besides you dont utilize all of the whey you take in any way!! Not overhyped in my opinion. I think that people who think it is just an eaa product have no idea what the product is.. lol.. just my opinion!! You may have to research this on the RX forum!! If someone has never used the product then they cant attest to its results or lack there of.
