HULKS WELCOME BACK STACK

Iam planning getting back into lifting heavy. Any ideas on a decent work out plan ? 10x10 is a little to harsh .

Just work something up in the 3set x 5-8rep range. A/B split, Mon/Tue/Thur/Fri. you know how to HULK it brother.
If the body can handle it (do all the compounds first).
Make sure you do at least 1-2 warm-up sets for every lift. 1/2 the working weight.

Now go be what you are, THE BIG HULK SMASH!

I like that idea . I will be writing this out this weekend . These damn classes are redundant. Why do i need to learn how use a feeder device lmao.

Bro , usually 2.5 miles 8am 2.5 miles 11am 1 to 2 miles 5pm 5 days a week no breaks. This regimen I've been seeing amazing results.

How are the sides with the current stack? What are you hoping to gain and what are you hoping to get rid of?

The main focus of this run is to drop some cumulated body fat I put on during my last injury. I got really ****ing depressed just didn't give a ****. Now I've got my **** together and I've been running this stack for eight weeks I've lost just over 60 pounds total I'm aiming for another 50 pounds in the next 90 days to bring me to a weight that I haven't seen since high school. I would like to do some climbing this summer and high altitude hiking I need to get my body ready.

These doses aren't for everybody but as you guys know I've been running superhuman doses for the past 20 years with no serious side effects except diarrhea.
 
Well both your current stack and your new look very good for that. The main difference will be the tren effects will be higher on one. To be honest, for cutting purposes they should both work relatively well and about as effective. Why dont you lower the doses a tiny bit and add products that are made for cutting cycles like t3, 7-keto and sup3r-shred? 7-keto and sup3r-shred are a great combination and itll force your body to use fats to feed your muscles and daily activities and allows you to take some pressure off of the endocrine system. You could also just go with the 2nd stack and add these as well. Oh if you can get 11-kt id start running it now till the end of your run. I think when it comes to cutting, natty supps can sometimes outperform hormones and they can definitely add more to your hormonal stack than just adding another hormone or more of the same.
 
Also, you might wana look into peptides like cjc-1295 and GHRP6. Growth hormone is much better at cutting/recomp than bulking in my opinion and its gonna protect your joints from drying out. Im pretty sure a multi-targeted approach is going to give you better results than cranking the hormones to 11.

Edit: By the way, what did you think of desoxytest? I have had my eye on it for a while but never came across a thorough review that made it stand out from being just another AAS. Theres a lot of positive reviews, just nothing that really makes it stand out during my research.

I do not and will not ever use Natty supplements to cut. I have used Invictus and virtus to control estrogen and cortisol bloats with great success . 1 and 4 ad . I've always been the more hardcore type of guy so I don't usually use non toxic supps.

Im just weird like that .... getdiesel nutrition has some kick ass products out ther for energy 1 is ready for war . The other is Jp8x hardcore.

I used a ton of peps over the years also with great success. Ran gh too high and got a bit of bubble gut .

Why dont you try adding invictus or 11-kt, t3 and GW to your stack? You could even play with small amounts of clen or an ECA stack to rev up your engine to max fatloss levels.

I do ephedrine daily. I have used gw 11kt t2 and t3 . Best cutting stack i ever used was eca, t3, "og" 1ad, d n p .

Now i have winny test and tren . Im tryna nail down the doses for a more effective cut . Without adding anything .

Fair enough. I dont have as much experience with tren and winny so I cant give you personal anecdotes but I have read some people had great sucess lowering their test dose and upping the tren dose to about 3x the test dose and managed to reap more benefits and less side effects. It might be worth a shot.
