Day 56: Whats Happening to Me?!?

Thought I'd update you guys. Its been exactly 56 days since cycle and 21 days since PCT.

This is normally the time when people report issues such as rebound gyno and crap like that from insufficient PCT.

I'm having some major strength/focus issues out of no where for the past 3 weeks.

According to my Records:

3 weeks ago - Weight 182.5, Benching 225x6, 225x5, 235x3, 205x5, 205x5

2 weeks ago - Weight 183, Benching 225x5, 225x5 (struggling), 205x5, 205x5, 205x5 ---this chest workout and rest of the week was very hard to match week before.

1 weeks ago - TERRIBLE, 225x2, 205x2, 205x1...gave up went home...took rest of week off

This Week - HOOORRRIBBLE, 225x4, 205x4, 205x3....etc still falling backwards, couldn't match and PR's not even close in weight or reps. WHAT THE F*CK.


- I'm not sick, Have energy, goood libido, I look bigger than ever, no soreness.

- Been taking all the supplements at same dosage

- Actually weighed in at 184 and looking alot leaner???


Could I be experiencing some kind of testosterone crash? Maybe the halflife of Reversitol lasted a while? I'm getting more than enough sleep. Cortisol should be low from lots of CIssus, i'm taking tons of vitamin C.

Creatine, 3-4k calories/day....1-1.5grams/lb protein..?

Libido is higher than previous week but strength is shot, its worrying me...



SHould I shorten routine and continue? Or should I take another week off? Upp the cals? Run reversitol again? Am I experiencing the effects of natural gains lossage now??

Seems like way to long of a time after the cycle to blaim it on low test.

Sorry I can't add much to the discussion here, but thought I'd at least chime in with my 2c. I used to do some power lifting in my younger days, and it appears that you're workouts are geared more for strength. From my experience, rest really can't be understated with a power routine. It really sounds like you've been overtraining based on your loss of strength. I'd consider at least a week off, possibly 10 days. It's hard to do because you think you'll lose your gains taking an extended period of time off, but at least with me, I jump right back in and always feel stronger after a break. Just make sure you continue eating well.

Brotha man it's called the juice leavin the body. usually follows week 5 for me with the decrease in strength. Truth is, strength isn't everything but I understand the manly thing behind it. I would focus on your body weight and size. If anything just stay on your support supps and maybe get a strength gainer supp. Hell, I would focus on gettin great workouts and a great diet and relax!

well, technically it's awesome but if you aren't a powerlifter or train for that kinda stuff then i feel it isn't my number 1. I'm not as strong as I was 5 years ago on juice but I look leaner and better than I was then. JMO. especially when I hold water. I've been on other AS since and looked better just not been as strong.
but I also see where you're comin from. everybody wants to be a strong MOFO. including me!

well, i guess it's because of my job (Navy medic) and personal likes and goals that I like to look good, but strength is an absolute must. I also find that with true fitness comes a good physique. But your right it all depends on what your goals are

so you really think its juice leaving me or diet/overtraing/rest

Reason I'm finding it hard to believe its the juice leaving the body because its been 52 days since the steroid bro.

Beginning to think its overtraining, I've been maintaining the same number of sets despite the lack of juice and maybe its starting to catch up to me...

Chest days - 5sets of 5 BB, 3 sets of 10 Incline DB, 40rep DB Burnout, 2 sets of Heavy DB Flys, 2 sets of Cable Flys, Then Tricep Kickbacks/PullDowns <<<<<used to breaze through this sh*t on and off havoc but now its just hard and I"m failing on everything (overtaining? weird cuz I took 6 days off)
 
Well It could be overtraining lack of recovery time but all that goes hand in hand with the your last cycle! The same thing happens to me. Especially with a great strength increase. Move to some heavier weight less reps and just shock it up some. Up your cals and maybe yet a different routine. 3 days on one day off or a single body part a day. 5 day a week type routine! To allow more recovery time each workout!

What other supps are you taking? did you add a test booster into your PCT sorry didn't read the whole thread.
 
pct was reversitol for 30 days. I felt amazing and just as strong throughout the whole month and 2 weeks after pct.

did you run any support supps that you didn't run first time round? and notice any big changes?
