Did my AM dose walked a cool 3 mi . Today was wifey day off took her to a local beach and sat by the water in the sun . Then we ate at Wendy's for lunch. Stayed energetic and alert from 8 am to 8pm

Ok back to it . Had some family issues and spent the past few days out of town. You never know how much you hate your siblings until its funeral time.
 
Pretty soon this log will be coming to an end. I would like to point out a few of the positives with this product I did experience extreme Focus and mental clarity without the shakes that come with dmaa. I like that I did not feel as if I was on speed or something similar. I had a strong appetite after my workout was complete which is a big plus when you're eating 60 grams of protein per meal. I will definitely purchase this product and I hope that all of you give it a shot at some point the flavor was amazing and the product was wonderful. I would like to try this on a cut cycle only I feel it would really help by using 3/4 of a scoop two times a day. But that's just me and my ideas. Thank you too all the Reps all my friends and BPS for following along. I will post the final review in the coming days I would like to write a thorough review in the review section as well. Thanks again to everybody who followed along in this product is great each ingredient has its purpose.
