My elbow and bicep joint hurts so bad that I can't even do a curl without feeling pain so I know that somehow my estradiol level must be low because my joints are eating it bad ankles and knees also hurting . Missed fish oil for a few days maybe the cause .

Getting your e up will take time, for me, even with test it took 3 weeks after killing it. Watch your fugging joints, damnit!

I couldn't pass 25x with 40lbs usually I do 2 or 3 sets of 30 reps... i think a week off is in order . Maybe camping at quabbin reservoir
