Hulk going natty for a solid 365 days starting 1/1/16

I wish my natural test level was in the eights. I am normally in the low fours. And I am only 32! Definitely don't wish for that estro though. Good luck man.

Thanks. Doc says also once i get my weight lower the estro may change to normal. So hopefully the anastrazole will help.

He is booked up and thats the only appointment. Small office ... I have exemestane but i wasn't going to use it. My body has changed so much . Tomorrow after work i should put up pics in here .

Yup definitely understand that and same with wat boone said . I was just so messed up for so long but now iam digging out of the rut . All my own mistakes, Besides the estrogen only other issue iam having is ; trying to decide hi reps low weight or low reps hi weight. Diet is in check as of recent. Suggestions are welcome :) thanks guys .

It depends on what you want to do. You can even have a program that incorporates both like a PHAT or PHUL routine. With each program there is hypertrophy AND power rep days. I have never ran any of these programs as they are exactly laid out but others have and love them. I am definitely considering a PHAT routine after my run is over to get the best of both worlds as others here have suggested.

As always though, diet will generally dictate the results you want.

I got 40 lbs or so to lose . By next year . I have been doing hi reps and low weight to build up endurance. I would like to look my best ever eventually 10%bf "no time limit" just an over all goal .

I would say, go for it.
Putting up honest pics is a motivation to stay true to your goals.
Will look up the PHAT and PHUL routines Demgainz suggested, maybe something we should consider.

Leg extensions hi reps using 85lbs everything was 3 sets of 15. Leg curls 85lbs . Squats 200 lbs . lunges 40lb Dumbbells.

Thats pretty light weigt for Leg extensions :D Last cycle of AndroTest got me to 297 lbs in LE and 1186 lbs leg press. But i lack the movement in my back so i have trouble squatting with right form.. So about 190 lbs

Oh on the leg press i can clean 650 easy all day . I need to hit the leg press more often tho. This is a readying phase to get my muscles used to growing again natty.

I cant do ****.... Cant even run or bike hard... Joint is dead in left leg... Just startede lifting a bit again... your doing great bud! Keep killing ****.
 
Not a big fish guy, but I will often stovetop my chicken breast and veggies together. Sure you could with fish somehow.

I do 2 breasts, 2 cups brocc/cauli/carrots with 1/2 tbsp olive oil and about 1/2 cup of sodium free broth, lid on.

By the time that cooks down (and flip half-way) on medium-high, it's cooked through and the veggies take on my broth/chicken taste. I also add in sodium free hot sauces, red pepper flakes, and I change up extra spices/herbs.

Hope you like it sir, it takes about 25 on my stove to cook down (and I do this from frozen, both chicken and veggies so it takes no prep ahead)

but i just let it chill there, doesnt need to be watched.

For real though I got sh!t tons of paleo and low carb recipes from when I used emeals I'll post a couple so you can see. I've got 52 weeks of both hit me up I'll send them to you.
 
My family is big on Creole/Caribbean foods . Anything with fish or chicken iam always on it . Those meals look great . This morning I had 8 oz fresh cod with 1.5 cups black beans and rice .

I usually pick one a week and me and the wife cook it together and have a cheat meal. Breaks up the monotony of eating the same stuff everyday.

I'm not going to go through 104 weeks worth of meals to pick out fish&chicken meals for you but if you'd, ( or anybody else reading this) would like them let me know how to send a big file to you.
