well we are all here to learn and give advice-

so rather than banter on with insults, why not offer something that is actually useful? The way that you are putting it, what makes you so special that one would even listen to anything you have to say at all? 22 pages of not useful bit of information, just rants and jokes.

So rather then F us guys, man up and say Hulk, this is what you are doing wrong, here is how i can help to fix it?

Hot like hell here, but working in my office-bunker, not seeing much from the outside.
Tonight is shoulder-shrugs-mayhem.

Preparing myself by hitting myself in the face every once in a while, suddenly screaming obscenities and letting my employees kick me in the nuts, all to get motivated.

Weight is still falling off due to this flu i had. I haven't weighed my self since sat . I look and feel totally different. Just lately im going thru some unwelcomed drama so I've been thinking about taking a long break from this. Still focused and getting closer to my goals.
