In all seriousness, I think DMAA is a vasoconstrictor (correct me if I'm wrong), which would weaken your erection. Despite that, stimulants usually prolong the porking.

That's the way it's supposed to be but a few of us don't have any symptoms. So for now I'm going to keep enjoying the benefits and not worrying about the side effects. Thanks for your concern you're welcome to PM me your email address and I'll send you a picture lol

It's absolutely wonderful product I will be talking Alphamax by Performax labs on top of this product and I'm going to run lean EFX after this on my own dime so I'll just basically be continuing the log. I believe that this product should be run twice back to back for maximum results given the clean diet the cardio the effort you put into your workouts you should be able to knock out a good 30 pounds in two cycles if you really dedicate. Just remember all those things that people said could not be done, then some crazy wacky nutcase hillbilly mushroom chopping highwater wearing dress shoes polishing golfer comes along and changes everything lol I'm in a damn good mood today. Must have been the chili last night with all that hot pepper lol
 
Lol - maybe you want to knock the DMAA dosage down just a tad.

Today is a new day . Lean efx is fukkin amazing! !!! I fit a large shirt nicely...... used to be xl tight fit ! Lots of sweat........
 
When you guys go out to pick up your lean EFX make sure to grab two bottles so that you won't have any issue running this for a full 90 days that's if you choose to use one cap per day... Definitely worth it I'm going to be throwing Alphamax on top of this by Performax labs I really can't wait to see how the scale is tipped and how my body looks in the mirror after 90 days.

How much DMAA per cap? Too lazy to look up the ingredient label. :)

I don't see DMAA listed unless it's named under something else... Do you have an older version of Lean EFX? Or are you taking raw DMAA along with it?

Formutech is the name of the company right? (I'd feel dumb if I just looked up the wrong product.)

Grab 2 bottles you wont regret it. Run it alongside Alphamax from Performax labs you will definitely be a change man grab two bottles of that if you can as well. I'm going to run lean EFX for two cycles and Alphamax by Performax lab for two cycles it's going to be pretty epic

Today is day 11 and going strong.
Down 5.5 lbs and sticking to the diet and exercise as i said i would. Im almost ready to kick up the cardio i have all this energy why just sit around and not use it ?

Down 5.5 on day 11 is great. There is another guy logging this (@Rocket3015) and he is down 5lbs in 15 days. Lean EFX seems to be working for both of you.
 
Day 12 I compared my active minutes from day one and before to yesterday and today. My total active minutes have been tripled since I started taking lean EFX. I find it much easier to control my eating and I have much more desire to get up and get **** done I don't have the roadblock in my way anymore as far as not wanting to get up and do the cardio now it seems it's almost essential. In fact I think I'm over doing the cardio and people say it may have a negative effect on the way I lose weight but so far down 5.5 pounds in 11 days keep in mind guys before I started this I was on a heavy the amount of assorted prohormones designer steroids and anabolic steroids. I do believe that when you put your mind to it you can do anything. I tried to keep my kcal at 3500 I just can't eat that much so in essence I drop from 4500 down to just over 2000 some days I'm not even taking in the full 2000 calories I just can't eat that much anymore my stomach has shrunk. My body is tightening up I haven't lost much of my muscle mass. All the noticeable amount of glycogen and water from the steroids has been depleted. You have to give credit where credit is due, I believe that if I never began taking lean EFX I wouldn't have tightened up and have the energy to do the things I've done in such a short period of time. Also a big thanks to the guys who brought us lean EFX! I'll be popping 2 caps today I did 1 at 9:45 a.m. next one will be after 3 p.m. just before 4 o'clock. I'll have to put in an order for another bottle very soon. I can't wait to try this out with slinmax by Performax labs it's going to be freaking epic.

I've seen studies that show that we find a kind of homeostasis for calorie expenditure. i.e. - if we have a strenuous workout, then we somehow compensate for the expenditure by moving less during the rest of the day and our overall activity often falls near the activity level it would have been if we didn't work out. I find that dieting highlights this - having no energy from not eating can make me become even more "efficient" in my energy expenditure.

The fact that this product has kept your appetite so low and increased your activity level is extraordinary.

from my personal experience your theory doesn't hold true with cardio....when I do cardio regularly[preferably daily basis] I have more energy. I am not the only one who has reported this....I used to run everyday and read runner magazine, it is common knowledge among runners that running will boost energy level immensely-particularly someone just starting out or who only runs for fitness....of course someone running or training for a marathon would feel tired, lol!!!

Nice ! ! ! ! . I went from doing almost no cardio and just heavy lifting eating 4500 cals a day to -> doing 1 hr plus of cardio a day sometimes I nail 2 hrs . Doing moderate lifting and eating 2000 cals or less a day . I just cant eat . Iam also pissing out way more liquid than im drinking something that I "don't" quite understand.

Fair enough - I'm not saying it was true or not, just that some studies suggest this and it makes sense. I would imagine lower intensity cardio wouldn't impact your daily activities as much - but then again it won't burn as many calories all at once either.

Plus *** i was overweight and had low t from all the stupid shyt i ran . Now by taking lean efx and sticking to my diet and exercise I believe that my T has risen significantly as I have re gained most abilities lost before coming off. My body is fat burning mode now . No matter what i do it revolves around my bf% getting lower.
 
increasing cardio activity also increases fitness, increased fitness is bound to increase energy!!!

Ok guys i did 2 lean efx today as planned . For some reason the second one hit harder. I feel an actual buzz off this 1 . Not sure why exactly but i like it. Planning out weeks work outs , doing dishes , sweeping and of fųcking course you guessed it cardio !!!!! 30 mins on stat bike i feel so young ha .
 
Took my lean EFX at 9 a.m. I'm already talking like Roger Rabbit in feeling silly as **** I don't know if it's because I took 2 pills yesterday but I really like the way I feel on lean EFX this is a must have for anybody who hasn't experienced the one 3 DMAA. This pill is a game changer in so many different ways if you're struggling with food issues that is hunger or if you just plane stuck in a rut this will pick you up cuz I'll tell you I haven't even been on it two weeks yet and I feel freaking amazing. I would compare it to something similar to the effect of the pill in the movie limitless. If that's what they were aiming for then they ****ing nailed it
