First a big thanks to focused nutrition for supplying me with one bottle of Andro Elite.

STATS as of 6/2/16

5.5 height
241 lbs
BF uncertain

Dosage- 2cap on wake=100mg and 2 caps at 6PM=100mg ---total 200 mg per day

Goals- Just recomp and then cutting down.

Training- I am a high volume trainer. I have trained that way for over 20 years now. I train 1 muscle group per day. I am training 5 day on and 2 off due to work-run 12 hour shifts.

HX- I have used a lot of PH/DS. epi-sd-halo, and many other forms of DHEA.

Diet- I eat clean and take in 6 meals per day. I plan everything out and eat low carbs and high protein foods.

Going into the log my goals was recomp. Andro Elite helped greatly with the recomp goal.

Mentally I had good aggression in the gym and energy and focus was also high. I kept a high volume each day and feel like I could go on and on. Cranked out more reps and saw a light strength improvement up 10-20lbs on most lifts.

Body wise - I leaned out 1 week in and continue to lean out 3 weeks in..then I upped it to 6 caps and leaned out nicely the final few days. I feel I have hardened up and made a solid 7 lbs increase in weight. Holding very little water. Recovery was better also and less soreness after.

History wise this is a mild compound and feel that for bulking you may have to up it a bit. But for recomp this helped a lot. zero sides to speak off and it deliver good results.
