First a Big thanks to the guy at OL for allowing me to beta test the CistaFUSE. I got the tub pic below. I have no idea about the profile and what I am taking. Just using 1 scoop PWO on all days.

History

I have been a bber for over 20 years now. I started in Highschool and kept going. I kept going because I love the sport. In that 20 years I have used a lot of supps. A lot of PWO, test booster,BCAA,fat burners,protein. I am also not natty. I have a history of PH/DS use.

Other sups used- PWO and Protein shake post. Fish oil and Vit D3.

Diet - 6 meals per day- 1 shake Post. about 4,000cal. mostly protein and under 100g carbs.

Goal-Recomp

Training - 1 muscle group per day- 6 day one and 1 day off.

PS- NOT SURE IF THERE IS A FULL 30 SUPPLY- can tell for certain
 
Day 1-LEGS

LEGS

QUAD
DB squat 120s 3 sets -10 reps
Leg Press 45x7,6,5 plates each side -2 set per plate- 6 set total -10-12 reps
Vertical leg press 5 plates -3 sets 10-12 reps
Charles Glass Single legged Leg press(this is one legged side tilt leg press-targets outer sweep)- 2x45 each side-3 sets 10 reps
Leg extension- to failure

HAMS

standing leg curls- 35,40,45,50- 3 sets 10-20 reps
Laying leg curls - 80,70,60,50,40,30 - 10-12 reps 6 sets
clean deadlift 1x45 -10-20 reps -3 sets

Took 1 scoop PWO. I just get 1 scoop and pour it into my mouth and wash it down fast with water. The stuff taste like whey powder with a slight malt taste. Leg work was great and had a lot of endurance at the end. But still to soon to see any results.
 
DAY 2- ABS AND CALVES

Took 1 scoop PWO. Not much to note. More of a rest day. squeeze out the abs and calves. I think Cistafuse will probably come out in caps. Not sure. But pouring the powder into you mouth is little hard and mixing it with water is hard -it tend to stick together=poor mixability.

I've been mixing mine in a shaker cup with about 6-8oz of water and it's been fine.
I was curious about the number of servings too...tub seems pretty scarce.
Agreed on the slight malt consistency.

I been pouring it into my mouth and it is fine..Just want to use it without losing any..The amount of supplied powder seem small. Want to make it last as long a possible!!

Took 1 scoop pwo. Had a great arm day..pump came on fast and focus and energy was high -all this makes a great day. Arms tend to grow easily for me and that is why I love to train them .

Took 1 scoop PWO. Chest workout was great..slowed the weight down more than normal. My chest is big, but want to work on density of chest. I am feeling a spike in endurance. Rest b/t set is less and I am able to rebound better form exercise to exercise.

Took 1 scoop PWO. Back hit hard and I am getting into a good zone. I noticed that I am not out of breath as much as usual. I been jumping fast b/t movements and need much less rest.
 
DAY 6-- ABS and Calves

Took 1 scoop PWO. More of a slow day. Just squeeze the abs and calves. I am feeling great. Gym time has been more enjoyable and less fatigue during training.

Took 1 scoop PWO. Legs went great. Again I am recovery b/t sets fast and even getting in more reps. Feeling strong and got to gym at night due to work and still killing it.

I believe it needs to build up, it has some accute effect but Im waiting end of week 2 that should peak. The guy at OL will know better

For the purposes of the log I'd prefer you dose on rest days to assess the effect on your next workout.

Concentration curls- 40 then 20- - 3 sets 10 reps

Took one scoop PWO. Arms pump was great and kept riding the pump dragon. Leaning out now and endurance is still high.

Took one scoop PWO. Chest hit hard and trying to get more density in chest. Been also focusing on lower chest. CistaFuse is working great. Endurance spiked high and this has like a mild GW501516 like effect.

Took one scoop PWO. Tend to hate cardio. Boring as hell. But CistaFuse made it somewhat more interesting. I normally do the elliptical machine at 10 resistants setting and I went up to 12 setting and was still not out of breath. The aid in endurance has caused me to lean out more and overall gym time is more fun.

Took 1 scoop PWO. Back looking good and workout was great. I tend to have a wide back, just need to work the inner lat more. Feeling strong and recovery b/t set is high and I can crank out 3-4 more reps on most sets.
 
Day 14- ABS and Calves then 30 min cardio

Took 1 scoop PWO. Squeeze out the abs and calves. Cardio again was great. Able to increase resistant on elliptical again and not going out off breath - like before CistaFuse.
 
DAY 15- DELTS

front raises with 60lb-preload-golds BB- 4 sets - 10 reps
Front Plate raises- first 45 then 25- 3 sets - 10 reps
lying front raise with 40lb-preload-golds BB- 3 sets - 10 reps

Sides raises 30lb then 20 lbs- 3 sets - 10 reps
Cable side raises 20,30,40- 3 sets -10 to 15 reps
Lying Side raises- 15,20,25 3 sets - 10 reps

Rear delt machine 90,100, 110-3 sets - 10 reps
Rope rear delt pulls- 20,30,40,50 4 sets - 10 reps

up rows- with 60lb-preload-golds BB- 3 sets - 10 reps

Took 1 scoop PWO. Hit delts again with volume. Rest b/t set about 10 sec or less. Jump around the gym and enjoying my lifting.

yep. I dont Do PR. But CistaFUSE is allowing me to lift 10-15lbs more than before. I mostly see endurance spike which is allow me to keep going with very little rest. Cardio systems is working better too.

Took 1 scoop PWO. Killed arms. Went to gym at night. CistaFUSE is great if you need a non-stim pick up. It allows you not to feel tried as you workout.

Took 1 scoop PWO. Today was more of a squeeze day for back. Concentrated on hold static and improving the mind to muscle connection. Tend to do this every week. I am certain that it help with gains. Still going hard and feeling strong and b/t workout I am better recovered and my end of week less sore.

Took 1 scoop PWO. Focus here is to just squeeze it out. Core is leaner and looking good. Abs still need to come in more.

Took 1 scoop PWO. been push hard today. Legs are lagging behind upper. Trying to correct this. CistaFUSe help a lot on leg day. I am not out of breath like before and able to get in more forced reps.
 
DAY 24- FULL REST

Took 1 scoop on wake. I am now down to a few scoop-not sure how much. Cistafuse powder is hard to deal with. If this comes out - I would like to see caps and not powder.
