First a big thanks to APS and NurseGray for supplying me with one tub of mesomorph. One tub is 25 servings - if you take one full scoop. First day I will use 1/2 scoop and test tolerance.

STATS as of 8/25/16

5.5 height
235 lbs
BF uncertain

Training- I am a high volume trainer. I have trained that way for over 20 years now. I train 1 muscle group per day. I am training 5 day on and 2 off due to work-run 12 hour shifts.

HX- I have used a lot of PWO and I am very excited to take something that has DMAA. I am a huge fan of DMAA. I was very sad to see jack3d reformulated and I been trying my hardest to find a replacement.

So let get this going!!!!

DAY 1-ARMS and ABS

ALTERNATING DUMBBELL CURLS 40,45,50 lbs

Triceps

CLOSE-GRIP BENCH PRESS 1x45lb

E-Z BAR SKULLCRUSHER- 60lbs preload golds

SINGLE-ARM CABLE PUSH-DOWN 20lbs
3 SETS OF 12-15 REPS

TRICEPS PUSH-DOWN 20,30,40,50 lbs
3 SETS OF 15-20 REPS

I took 1/2 scoop today..just to test tolerance. Waited 15 min and headed to gym. I got the grape flavor and it was good- alittle on bitter side - but still good. So as I got to the weight - I noticed that tunnel vision and good kick in of energy. Arms pumped up nicely and appeared very full today. Even after finishing arms and abs I had great energy and driving home that focus was still there-so a little weird driving the car home. So far loving the mesomorph!!!

Do u get super active almost like hyper off this ? I do

How would you describe the crash ? If u get 1 i dont.

The feedback we get on meso is always consistent. The clean energy without the crashes and jitters. Gotta love it. How are you liking the flavor?

Update- Back

Rope Lat Pull Down 40,50,60,70 4 sets- 10-20 reps
Hammer strength Lat Pull Down wide 3x45 each side - 3 set 10 reps
iso-lateral back rows wide- 4x45 each side -3 set 10 reps
Lat Pull down bar- rest on static-straight up pull 120,140,160- 3 set 10 reps
T-bar row- 3x45- 3 sets 10 reps then 2x45 rest on static -2 sets 10 reps
Back row machine- 120,140,160 -3 sets 10 reps
Lat pullover machine 4x35 -rest on static - 3 set 10 to 20 reps

Taking 1 full scoop. Killing it in the gym and pumps is great...not skin bursting but solid strong pump. Energy and focus high and still clean. I have 3 days of work and don't take Meso then - so body has not really updated to it. Making gains with all the hard pounding.

Taking 1 full scoop. Feeling great-been having killer workouts. The focus and energy is intense. I have not adapted to it yet- may be because I don't use it for two days. I am making gains all around- looking better in the mirror and able to hit pretty hard and still have more in me.

Volume is not really for gains..I just like training a lot-the focus and energy are there -so why not spend more time.

Went over seas for some time and now getting back to the gym. I am still on one scoop. First week back was tough- and now this week thing are getting easier. Meso is still great and focus and energy are high. I keep routines with a lot of volume and love training and at the end - I still feel I got more...but don't want to spend all afternoon in gym..lol
