I think the "diet" is the hardest part for most of us.. the lifting training is the easy part. Especially when you are the only one that eats how you want to in the house. The easiest way for me is to get a bunch of containers and prep my meals out for like three-four days it takes a little bit of time on like a Sunday night but once you are done you can just grab a go and don't even have to think about what you are going to eat since you already know exactly what you have in each one.

Looks good. Suggestion add something for the side delts.
any reason why you a doing 2 sets on some lifts? suggestion on the 2 warm ups (for every lift) 1/2 the working weight and 1/2 the reps.

Oh and I don't truly HST my abs. I would start with 3 sets and raise them a set every week.(this is just me) still log your reps and any added weight.
I'm a fat ass and my abs have to be hit hard or I get fatter around the waist if I truly HST my abs. I have a buddy that does his abs in true HST and it work for him. He is thin skinned and doesn't carry any fat.( I hate him).

and i'm assuming this is 75%. If so you will have a lot of adjustments today. 75% is roughly you think you could hit 3 more reps.
If you catch your self doing 25 reps just do it, if you catch yourself doing 10 reps just do it and chart your adjustments. this way you will be closer to 15 reps next workout. (Remember first 2 weeks is about building lactic acid) If you dont get sore or very sore at all don't worry. I hardly ever got sore on all my muscles. Everyone is different.

Maybe some Side Laterals D-bell or single arm cable. Put them after the BO Lateral Raises. I like to hit all 3 heads of the shoulder.
Also if you have a lagging body part you can throw in an extra exercise to hit it.

Dumbell Lateral Raises. That's what I'm doing for side delts. They suck but they work.

Looks good brother. don't try to over think it.
look at it as trying to push that extra rep or increased weight if you are going over your reps on each workout after the 75%.
now some lifts you may have to go over your rep max before increasing weight. IE side lat raises. Increasing 5lbs is pretty drastic.(since most D-bells are in 5lb. increments) but increasing larger muscle group by 5lbs at a time is usually a waste.
It takes a little time to get your lift weights down if you catch yourself lifting it 15 times and you are like wow i could do 10 more then do 7 more for a total 22 reps. dont stop. And just adjust your log accordingly for the next session.
the first 2 weeks will really help you get your pace going. the first time I did HST I was jacking it all up and finally talked to a guy that had been doing it for a year and explained it to me. (I read the book 2 times and still didn't have it down.)

Might start with 1working set of each exercise. Do you think you went 75% on everything? I so you are the man.
What I'm getting at is did you have more or less than 75% on any lifts?
If you bearly got 15 reps lower the weight.
If you could have done 18reps or more increase the weight accordingly.
Does this make sense?
Remember next workout is 80%.
