HRT - Which one to choose?

If you had a choice of HRT treatment, paid for by insurance (say because of childhood injury left T levels low), what method would you choose. Weekly injection, cream or gel; and what drug would you choose. (think test injections 1 cc a week was discussed? can't remember). And anti-estogen to maintain some natural production.
Take into account long term side effects as this is for the rest of your life. What are the longterm effects of HRT. I don't need to be superman either, happy with my size; it's more the psychological lift I need from years of very low test. Hardcore lifetime natural bodybuilder so it's not a easy decision to go down that road but I'm at that point where something has to be done...

I've done both injection and transdermal, both of which were from a compounding pharmacy. They both work, I like the doc I was going to because he just let me do my own injects and had me doing 2xweekly of 150mg, along with 2 pills a week of aromasin and clomid every 60 day. The problem with the compounding pharm was that sometimes the test I was getting was crashed and it was a pain in the butt to get a new subscription, the cream was the easiest if you don't mind putting 4ml of goo on 2x a day (I stopped when my last child was born because I was paranoid about getting some of it on him). Unfortunately none of it was covered by my insurance, so it cost a ton of money and I haven't been able to keep up with the treatment. Injections.. T Cypionate or Enantheate... anecdotal references to stronger
libido with the Cyp.

If your ok with the delivery method..... absolutely the IM esters

I would ask about the longer ester test avalable. Test deca (neo test) is one that you could easly take once a week or every two weeks. (every week is better) I don't like cyp or e for once a week injects as the levals drop too much over 7 days

I am assuming that it is advalble in the US pharm here.
