looking to start HRT down here in NC... Would like to find a doc in Greensboro but willing to go as far as Charlotte...

Think you are going to have to travel much further then that :) I have not ran into any one down there (I have multiple people I deal with down there who have to travel to get proper help) Better sets your sights much broader then that
