Hey guys im 20 years old. Current situation is I was having trouble getting erections for some time and decieded to go get bloodwork done. My test levels came back low, around 250 I believe, I can look for the bloodwork paper if it helps. All my other values came back within normal range. Except my LH was high I believe. Anyways I was forwarded to an endo who was horrible bc she immediatly put my on androgel. Then I switched endos again and the new asked me how I felt and saw my bloods and such. Well the androgel didnt raise my levels much and raised my E2 a lot. So he switched me to Test cyp at 125mgs a week. Well my levels after 2-3 days were coming back over 1000. So he lowered to 100mg. Again my levels were coming back around 900-1000. Also my red blood cell count was increasing greatly. So he dropped me to 75mg a week and my levels come back around 700-800 and I have to donate blood every 4-6 weeks to keep my red blood cell count in check. However I keep getting gyno flares. Btw all my lab work was done at labcorp which I read by the matrix to be bad with E2 levels. So will use quest for my next blood work. Ok so I actually wanna come of the HRT seeing as Im young, dont feel much better to be honest, yes I can now get my dick up BUT its not hard hard, just kinda. Libido varies from day to day. Also my blood pressure keeps spiking from the red blood cell count rising and my pulse rate spikes too and I can feel it.

Background info: From about 17-19 I abused steriods, almost none stop as I was mentally addicted. I used everything and anything I could get. I also used many research chems such as dnp, clen, t3, metaformin, nolva, clomed, torm, adex, letro, caber. Also I use to do alot of drugs from 15-19 such as smoking, opiotes, mdma, mpvd. Not excissive but recreationally. Around 19 I came off everything as I decieded I wanted to change my life. I did an avg pct but with abuse it didnt help much. I hadnt used any hormones for about a year before I got bloods done. I was 215 when I stopped and about 3 monthes later I was 170. Im currently 205.

I was wondering what would be the best approach to discuse with my endo to come off HRT. I read that I should have tried a restart before the androgel and gotten more work dont and more questions asked. Any advice would be great as HRT is no fun and Id rather restore my own body then to continue this route. Thanks you.

I havent done anything drug related out side of what my endo prescribes for over a year now. Do you feel all these steps still need to be addressed? If so I'll look into it. You feel I have addiction problems?

You admitted in your post you were addicted to steroids, as many other drugs. People do not get over this stuff and can always have a chance to relapse. I am sure there are much deeper issues psychologically which need addressing as well in order for you get your life back to normal again. Yes I do and this are just a few. I have worked in the Drs office with him on these cases time and time again. I know what it takes, It will not be a easy road, but the end results is well worth it when it is done properly. Many people will look for a short cut, but it always comes back to bite you in the azz.

Then I guess I got no choice then, I was reading the other thread of whats his name schellington or something. And I saw how you were talking about about back info and the such to really find the exact issues at hand. So I made this thread in hopes you would post in here since I wanted your opinion. Are you refering to like a detox/rehab center to seek a counselor and that type of detox or no? Also do you think my endo would work with me on this approach? I really wanna fix this as short cuts is what got me here. Thanks again for all your help.

Chillin,
Has presents a lot of good information no doubt, but its based from a hormonal stand point not factors which have cause the issue in the first place. I have seen so many people (myself) included try to micromanage things including hormones ending up down the wrong pathway on a wild goose chase. One needs to look at the person as a whole, not just bits and pieces as traditional medicine does. You are a toxic individual plain and simple, Both biological and possible psychologically (again I am not here to diagnosis, but to help people seek the proper help medically to give them the best chances of total recovery). When I meant detox you need to clear out all the crap in your system rebalance the lymphatic system. GI, liver and kidneys which have been over burden. Many people in the past I have dealt with had neurological pathways which needed to be adjusted due to the damage which was done from their poor life choices. Now you the opportunity to get your life back in check. You are still young and as I tell every one your age...YOUR LIFE IS JUST BEGINNING, and you were given a second chance. One of the things I highly suggest is to re connect with your spiritual roots as this will help you in more ways then you will ever know. One of the most powerful things I use for recovery in people is their spirituality which no other medical professionals does. I feel this is one of the valuable tools in a professionals arsenal which is completely over looked. Some times I find this is the key to a person's failure or success in getting their life back. You have taken the proper steps and any medical professional in their right mind would offer the suggestion of looking into potential counseling. I have many people I have worked with who were successful actually changed careers into psychology becoming drug addiction or counselors. I also had classes in this area as well from a different perspective. Feel free to message me any time.

I really appriciate the advice. Ok so it looks like my first steps with be seeking a counselor and to detox/clean my system. I had to change endos as my last one left the country and my next appt isnt until may. I can get blood work done anytime I need to. But where would I go to get my system cleaned out and such? I understand I got my life ahead of me but Id rather get this taken care of now while I have insurance my family with me.

Pm me if you need assistance.

I'm somewhat dubious to the benefits of many "detox" programs, but what The Matrix describes is very much correct. If the "mpvd" you describe is actually MDPV, the active ingredient in many "legal highs", you may have done more damage with the drugs than with the steroids. The purity on these synthesized chemicals is very poor, and MDPV itself is strongly associated with seizures and psychosis.

It's worse than crack. Much worse.
