Hrt for 84 year old

Hi, my dad is 84 , he has been talking about test replacement. We live in Thailand, so it's not a straight forward situation, cant just pop into the doc.
I also posted in 35's and over section, got directed over here to HRT....so fellas, any thoughts?

I would.have him check with urologist first due to.his age and.make sure there.are no pre existing medical issues. If he get green light. 60-100 Mgs a week be fine. He does.not need tt of 1000 but 400 at trough with peak 8-1000 is acceptable. Please have Dr check psa and other hormones as well as other vitals parameters.
