HRT AND SYRINGES

I've been on hrt for almost 5 months now and currently taking .23 ml twice a wk.I noticed that after injecting that there is still about.3 ml left in the syringe.How do you get it all out so it isn't wasted.I currently after injecting pull it back and discharge whats left around the clavicle area and rub it in.Is this good idea or not.All the hrt and testing is very expensive and not covered by insurance so I want to get my moneys worth. Dr. has me using 25 g 5/8 pin which is a breeze.

it is not going through your skin when you rub it in. kind of a waste of time unless you like to have little oily patches on you. I am paying cash out of pocket for my medication and syringes since my insurance price is MORE than paying cash. one bottle costs me $67 and lasts just over 9 weeks due to the slight loss you noticed in the needle.

I noticed the same thing if you swap to a Insulin Ultra fine needle 29g the wastage is almost nothing.
