HPTA restart possible after 1 year?

Hey guys going to keep it short and sweet.

I haven't fully recovered from my last cycle of Test E in Jan 2016.

I couldnt get HCG and I used Nolva and Clomid. Felt great the first few weeks then dropped off and I've been down ever since.

I recently got blood work done:
Test: 537.8
FSH: 4.1
LH: 1.4
TSH: 2.04

After bloodwork I decided to give PCT another shot and bought some Torem to switch it up. I used the little remaining Clomid and Nolva I had in the meantime and I felt great once again; gave me a bit of hope.

I just bought HCG and I'll be taking it with the Torem, is restart going to be possible?

All I need is possible and how to make sure that this PCT is all that it can be.

Yeah, that does seem a little low for a 24-year-old. Me, I'm 36, so it would be nice to have 537.8 naturally. I'd definitely look into trying another protocol along with polishing up diet and sleep hygiene.
