Hey guys I'm a 31 yr old male and have been on 100mg of test cyp every week for about 1.5 years with no hcg. My LH and FSH are 0 and I have atrophy so I'm definitely shut down! My wife really wants another child so I need to come off treatment, I have clomid but have not started yet. It's been 1 week since my last shot so I will wait another week to then start clomid. Anyone have experience with this? Any suggestions? Please help...

There have been guys on here that have added HCG, stayed on their protocol and became fertile. You need to work with your dr on this. Clomid would be another option as well.

This is a very difficult task my friend. Definitely must talk with your doctor as sammpedd suggested. hCG mainly and Clomid are 2 popular ways
 
mate.
1. stop ur gear.
2. start hcg 1000iu thrice per week till u see ur balls hanging back.
3. start clomiphen after hcg 100mg for FSH and lh.
4. start coenzyme q 10 @ 100mg for sperm count
5. visit a fertility clinic.
