Yes, 43 is below the desired range for blood glucose, but also would be something you’d see from someone on a proper Keto diet. So it’s relative. We suggest 2 capsules for a MINIMUM 50g of carbs for this specific reason. This user should have only used 1 capsule, but that’s what testing is for! Nothing a little extra glucose tablet or Gatorade can’t fix up. This is great info and feedback showing the efficacy of Glycøshield to control...or annihilate blood sugar! He did this testing purposes only and there is a clear dosing chart on the bottle labels so there’s no confusion for anyone.
